Care is personal, so we won’t dress this up. Here’s how Care World works, what we do to help you stay safe, and the things we don’t do. Read it before you decide.
What Care World is
Software that helps families organise care and find independent carers. You and the carer arrange the care directly. Carers are self-employed.
What it isn’t
Not a care provider. Care World is an introductory platform connecting independent carers and clients — it does not provide or manage care. It introduces, and that is where its role ends. We don’t employ, place or supervise carers, set care plans, or manage anyone’s care.
We don't vouch for carers. Here's what we do instead.
Saying a carer is ‘cleared’ or ‘approved’ would be a promise we can't keep, so we don't make it. We make information visible and put the choice in your hands.
Carers add their own
ID, references, training and certificates on their profile — you see what's shared.

Chronix Health Group is the controller for Care Vault records. Authorised users can set section-level access for eligible adult records. Child records are limited to authorised family managers and are not currently shared with carers. Core database services run in Supabase’s London region; records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Some supporting providers may process limited data elsewhere under the safeguards described in the Care Vault privacy notice.

If something’s wrong
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help that isn’t an emergency, call NHS 111. To raise a concern about something on Care World, email support@careworld.app and it reaches a real person.
