How it works

Four steps, all yours to take.

Care World is an introducer: it puts families and independent carers in front of each other, then steps back. Here is the whole journey — post, browse, connect, hire — with what you’ll see on screen at each step.

01

Post what you need.

Describe the person, the kind of help, the schedule, and the rate you have in mind. Your posting is written in your words and shown to carers in your area. You can edit or close it at any time.

02

Browse carers near you.

Profiles are written by carers themselves: experience, specialisms, availability, and the rate they set. Where a carer has completed a background check through our checking partner, you’ll see “Checked by partner”. There are no rankings and no scores — you read, you compare, you shortlist. All of it free.

03

Connect, and talk directly to the people you shortlist.

When you’re ready to talk, a connection opens a private line to a carer — message directly, arrange a call, or meet in person. Ask about experience, references and documents; good carers expect it. Take your time — nothing moves forward until you say so.

04

Hire — by agreeing directly.

When you’ve found the right person, the arrangement is entirely between you: the schedule, the rate, and how you work together. Carers are self-employed and keep 100% of what you pay them — Care World takes no share of care payments, ever.
